Team Manager Expectations

Each team requires a Team Manager to be the administrator for the team so the Coach (or Coaches) can concentrate totally on training and coaching the team.

Team manager duties include:

Rostering for the team

• Allocating scorers for each game and inviting via Netball Connect when Home Scorer.

• Training Duty - U11s and U13s the parent rostered on for the match is to be present at training each week to support the coach and to ensure all girls are collected.

• BBQ duties

• Coordinating fill in players via other Team Managers.

Team Communication

• Distribution of information amongst your team with emails or text messages; consider the use of apps such as Whatsapp

• Assisting team with NetballConnect App

• Point of contact if for any reason a player in your team is unable to play.

Team manager's Toolkit

• Each Team manager will be provided with a toolkit to help make their job easy.

• The kit contains email templates, ways of working, netballConnect documentation, and so on.
