Refund Policy

At Hampton Hammers Netball Club (HHNC), we understand that circumstances may arise requiring a member to cancel their membership. Our goal is to handle all cancellations in a fair and transparent manner.​​​​

​​Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Club President at hhnebtallclub@gmail.com

Review: Upon receiving a cancellation request, the Club President will review the request and forward it to the committee for consideration.

Discretionary Refund: Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the committee. The committee will consider factors such as the timing of the cancellation, the reasons provided, and the impact on team formation.

Full Refunds will be given:

1. When a player withdraws prior to grading.

Full refund minus $50 admin fee​:

1. When a player withdraws after grading, prior to the club registering the teams with BDNA.

Full refunds less the Victoria Netball Association(VNA) fee will be given in the following circumstances:

1. When a player withdraws after the club has registered teams with BDNA but before round 1 of the season.

2. When a player is forced to withdraw due to illness or injury prior to round 4 of the season.

The following refund less the VNA fee will be paid during the season due to illness or injury:

1. 50% if they withdraw between round 5 and round 9 (mid point of season)

2. 25% if they withdraw between rounds 9 and 14 (between the mid point and 75% through season)

Processing Time: Please allow up to 30 days for the committee to review your cancellation request and determine if a refund is applicable.

***Any refund is minus the Netball Victoria Fees which are separate to any Hampton Hammers fees. 

Team Formation: Considerable time and effort go into forming teams each season. Late cancellations can significantly impact the organisation and functioning of the teams.

​Circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate members' needs as best as possible while maintaining the integrity of our teams and club operations.
